01
What we do

Three engagement shapes.

i. Senior search Director, VP, and C-suite hires in digital and marketing. Retained, single-mandate. £ — POA
ii. Specialist hires Senior individual contributors in paid media, growth, performance, ecommerce. £ — POA
iii. Team builds Three to five hires for one growth function, sequenced across a quarter. £ — POA
02
How we work

A short, honest process.

i.
Brief and calibrate
Ninety minutes with the hiring lead. We push back where the brief is stale.
ii.
Long-list with fluency screen
Around two weeks. You see the shape of the market before any CV lands.
iii.
Shortlist of three
Three candidates together, each with a one-page written read. No surprises, no padding.
iv.
Process and close
Interviews, references, offer. Comp, counter-offer, relocation — we stay in the room.
v.
A real 90-day check-in
Structured. Both sides. Built into the engagement.
03
The fluency screen

A structured conversation, not a checklist.

Twenty-five minutes per candidate, three questions. The output is a written read, not a score.

i.

Tools in rotation

What is installed, what is daily, what was tried and abandoned.

ii.

A workflow rebuild

A task they recently re-engineered with modern tooling. Before, after, what broke.

iii.

Judgement under noise

How they verify output, where they refuse to use it, how their team adopts new tooling.

Every shortlist comes with a one-page fluency read per candidate.

04
Engagement model

Retained, and honest about it.

i.

Retainer in thirds

One-third on signing, one-third on shortlist, one-third on placement.

ii.

Single mandate

One firm on the brief at a time. The discipline that lets the screen stay deep.

iii.

Replacement guarantee

If a hire does not make it past 90 days for performance reasons, we re-run the search at cost.
