How we screen

The screening, in plain terms.

Every mandate produces three candidates the firm has spoken to in person and screened against what the role actually needs. Three people worth interviewing.

Brief calibration

Ninety minutes with the hiring lead before the search starts. We push back where the brief is stale.

ii.

The fluency conversation

Twenty-five minutes per candidate. Tools in rotation, a recent workflow rebuild, how they verify output.

iii.

Written read on every candidate

One page per person. Fit, fluency, motivations, comp expectations, risks.
