No. The screen is for fluency, not expertise. If you use modern tools day to day and can talk specifically about what works and what does not, that is the conversation we want.

ii. Will my data be used to train a model?

No. We do not sell candidate data, share it beyond a live engagement, or use it to train anything.

iii. What if I am not actively looking?
